About
Observe and study Nintendo Switch players in real life and online, aiming to find out the highly consistent problems encountered by players at different stages
Background
The Nintendo Switch is a hybrid video game console released by Nintendo in 2017.
It can be used as both a home console and a portable device, allowing players to switch between playing on a TV and playing on-the-go. The console features a tablet-like screen with detachable controllers called Joy-Cons, which can be used for multiplayer gaming. The Switch also has a vast library of games available, including popular titles like Mario, Zelda, and Animal Crossing. Its unique design and versatile gameplay options have made it a popular choice among gamers of all ages.
Observation
As Nintendo Switch users, through our usual use and play, as well as the performance of other users in the network forum, there are some issues around the ease of communication with friends, the way of voice calls, the search for game tips, the announcement of discount information and so on exist here.
At the same time, as players and designers, we think there could be better solutions.
